Within the vision of Lionheart Restoration Ministries is a desire to see vertical relationship with the Lord deepen and for revival to come to this region. In the future, we hope to commission a city-wide Worship Arts Ministry.

DANCE

Instruction by Jodie Black Brown

Jodie Black Brown has both trained and danced for 20 years, five of them as a member of a professional modern dance company. After marrying in 2001, Jodie moved to Mesa, AZ where she was the Administrator of Amazing Grace School of Creative Arts (now Experience Arts School) for five years. During that time, she was overseer of all technique classes, choreographed a repertoire of 30 pieces and co-directed six major productions. Jodie returned to Knoxville in 2005 and is now the Director of Move, a kingdom artist outreach for the dancers and artists in the East Tennessee region. Jodie's desire is that all God's artists will truly understand the art of worshiping our Lord in spirit and in truth and seeing the Father's heart expressed.

MOVE
Kingdom Artist Outreach

Move: Training Schools focus is on restoring, training and releasing dancers for God's purposes. In our culture today, dance and the arts have been distorted, twisted and self-glorified, when it was intended for the sole purpose of expressing worship and adoration to the Creator. The courses and techniques provided by Move, are just one of the ways to be prepared and used by God to change that culture. Our goal is to be a resource for dancers to develop in a safe atmosphere. We welcome all in the East TN region and the community! The school offers discipleship and technical courses throughout the year. The school also hosts workshops, seminars, intensives and leadership training.

SPRING 2010 COURSES:

• Adult Dance Course
  Ages 12 & up
  February 17th - April 28th
  Wednesday's from 6:30 - 8:30PM

• Children's Dance Course
  Ages 4 - 6
  March 3rd - April 28th
  Wednesday's from 10:00 - 11:00AM

• Young Warriors of Movement
  Ages 7 - 12
  March 3rd - April 28th
  Wednesday's from 5:00 - 6:00PM

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

• Children's Dance Course
  The class will focus on large motor techniques, flexibility, basic body positions, and creative movement.

• Young Warriors of Movement
  This class will focus on strengthening techniques and coordination skills for young movers to apply to their times of worship. East student will be working on space awareness and timing. This class will encourage the young worshipper and stir creativity. (For boys and girls)

• Adult Dance Course
  This class will include both modern and contemporary ballet techniques. This class will strengthen dancers' core, flexibility and technique. Class is for all levels.

INVESTMENT:

• We believe that investing in the gifts God has given to us pleases Him. King David said, "I will not sacrifice to the Lord my God burnt offerings that cost me nothing." The tuition is minimal and is used to further the ministry of ministering to God first and then His artists. If you are not able to pay, don't let that stop you from joining us! Please let us know as scholarships may be available.

• Courses can be paid in full or per class:
  45 minute 8 week course: $24 in full or $3 per class
  60 minute 8 week course: $32 in full or $4 per class
  90 minute 10 week course: $50 in full or $5 per class

We are looking for dedicated dancers with a heart for worshipping the Lord in movement and who would be willing to join the Prayer Furnace Team.

As a dancer, you would have the honor of joining in a prayer watch with a team of musicians, singers and intercessors to release the Kingdom of God into this region!
